Who it is for
Destination Health is made for adults over 35 who want to feel fitter and stronger but don't know where to start, and don't have hours to spend at the gym.
New to training
No experience needed. Every exercise has a picture and three plain tips, and the plan starts gently.
Short on time
Pick how many days a week and how long you have. Sessions fit your week, from about 15 minutes.
Coming back after a break
The plan builds you up step by step and respects old injuries, so you can start again without overdoing it.
How it works
1. Tell us about you
Your goals, how many days you can train, how long you have, and whether you train at home or at the gym. Mention anything that hurts and the plan avoids it.
2. Follow today's session
Open the app and today's session is ready. Follow along one move at a time, with a timer that beeps so you don't have to watch the screen.
3. Your coach adjusts
After each workout you say how it felt. Too easy? It gets a bit harder. Too hard? Easier exercises or fewer sets. Something hurt? That move gets swapped.
